The Challenge

As a global OTT broadcaster, with rights across Europe and East Asia , engaging subscriber audiences with the right sports viewing content, at the right time, is key to increasing their length of subscription tenure.

Eleven Sports approached Fuel with a simple task: build a new CRM platform capable of ingesting multiple data sets into one single customer view, which could then be used as a platform for personalised, timely communications at scale.

 

The Fuel approach

The platform had to be scalable, flexible and accessible. It is centred around the newly built Single Customer View database, bringing transaction and engagement data together at the customer level.

We then layered over Fast stats, a data mining and insight platform, and integrated it with Adestra, the preferred email service provider, to enable local teams to action the insight gained.

The result is a fully scalable, dynamic CRM platform operational in 4 markets.
